The Crimson Tide Cichlid, scientifically known as Astatotilapia latifasciata, is a freshwater fish native to Lake Kyoga and Lake Nawampasa in Uganda. It is also sometimes called the Zebra Obliquidens. These cichlids are semi-active and enjoy spending time near caves and rocky areas, although they are not typically found in the open water.
